Can you unlock or show me my combination?
We understand that emergencies can happen. However, to protect the security and intent of the platform, we are unable to perform unlocks.
Because we cannot reliably verify whether a request is urgent or impulsive, we do not intervene.
In a medical emergency, your local emergency services (ER) can assist with removing your device, or you can manually break open your lockbox.
You may also choose to abandon your lock through the app, but please note that the unlock code will not be provided.
If your keyholder has been inactive for more than 7 days, Chaster will automatically offer you options to either continue or end your lock.
Chaster is built on the principle of surrendering control.
Allowing manual unlocks would compromise this experience.
In urgent situations, it is your responsibility to safely remove your device using available methods.
