Please read the Discord Community Guidelines before entering the Chaster server (https://discord.com/guidelines). Here is a reminder of some Discord guidelines which apply here.

• **The Chaster server is NSFW and contains adult content.** Profile pictures may not contain adult content.
• **Do not sexualize children in any way**. You cannot share content or links which depict children in a pornographic, sexually suggestive, or violent manner, including illustrated or digitally altered pornography that depicts children (such as lolicon, shotacon, or cub) and conduct grooming behaviours.
• **Do not share sexually explicit content of other people without their consent**, or promote the sharing of non-consensual intimate materials (images, video, or audio), sometimes known as revenge porn.

💡 1.2. Don’t break the law.

• **Do not organize, promote, or engage in illegal behavior.** These activities are likely to get you kicked off Discord, and may get you reported to law enforcement.

💡 1.3. You must be at least 18 years old to access the server.

• The moderation team reserves the right to suspend access and verify the age of members who we think may be underage. Anyone that declines age verification when challenged will be removed from the server.

How do I install the Chaster application on my phone?

Accepted Answer

Chaster is a Progressive Web Application (PWA), a special type of website that allows your browser to store a copy of the app locally on your device. In fact, when you visit chaster.app on your phone, this already happens in the background. If your browser and operating system support it, you can also install the PWA directly to your home screen—just like a regular app—giving you quicker access with a simple tap.

📱 How to install Chaster on your phone

Android (using Chrome)

Open chaster.app in the Chrome browser.
You should see a prompt at the bottom saying "Add Chaster to Home screen". Tap it.
If you don't see the prompt, tap the three-dot menu icon (⋮) in the top-right corner.
Select “Add to Home screen” from the menu.
Confirm by tapping Add in the popup.
Chaster will now appear on your home screen like a regular app.

💡 Tip: This also works in other Chromium-based browsers like Samsung Internet or Brave.

iOS (using Safari)

Open chaster.app in the Safari browser.
Tap the Share icon (the square with an arrow pointing up).
Scroll down in the share sheet and tap “Add to Home Screen”.
Optionally, rename the shortcut if you'd like, then tap Add.
The Chaster icon will now be available on your home screen.

⚠️ Note: PWAs on iOS must be installed through Safari. Other browsers like Chrome or Firefox do not support this feature on iPhones.

You may be seeing a message saying you are restricted from messaging, or creating locks.

This is likely due to our automated system picking up on suspicious behaviour.

Sometimes this can be caused by innocent behaviour, and for that we apologise in advance. If you were directed to this page by ChasterBot when you messaged contact@chaster.app hang tight, someone will be with you shortly to resolve things.

In the mean time, please read our Rules - specifically Section 4.1 which describes the sort of behaviour that causes this sort of restriction. If you have been asking members for money or other risky subjects, then our team will likely require you to become a FinDom before they allow your account to be unrestricted. Alternatively, for a first offense we will often allow you to commit to not performing FinDom in the future, or waiting until your account has sufficient experience to become a FinDom member.

Delete My Account / Data Erasure Request

Account Deletion / Data Erasure Request

The Chaster application allows users to self-manage data erasure requests. If you want your account to be erased, please go to https://chaster.app/settings/password and click the "Delete my account" button. This will submit a request, which will be actioned 14 days after submission. This delay is to allow for the scenario where someone incorrectly submits a deletion request or changes their mind to allow the account to be recovered before permanent deletion.

Once you select this button, your account will be placed in a pending delete status which you can recover from within 14 days if you change your mind. After this period, all your personal data will be deleted, including your conversations, messages and attachments, for both you and the recipients. We will be sorry to see you go, so if you have any feedback as to why you are leaving please let us know!

While we acknowledge this request, we require the above to ensure that an erasure request is only submitted by a legitimate user, and not an unauthorised third party.

Findom Validation

Thanks for your interest in becoming a Findom on Chaster. We’re excited that you want to take on this role and contribute to our community.

Access to the Findom membership level requires a validation process to ensure all operators provide high-quality, authentic services.

Experience

To move forward, we ask that you start engaging with the platform by:

Creating a few locks
Holding keys for other users (non-Findom)

⚠️ Important

Until you are fully approved for Findom access:

Do not solicit money, gifts, or tips
Do not link to external platforms that may indicate Findom activity

Violating this rule may result in immediate rejection of your application and a permanent ban from Chaster.

If you currently have a PLUS subscription with the Findom tag active, you dont need to do anything yet. We’ll reach out to you when we’re ready to migrate you.
Anyone else should apply via the application form in the Chaster Website. Go to https://chaster.app/settings/findom to apply.

Keyholder Transfer

Keyholder Transfer

If a wearer and keyholder want to transfer ownership of a lock from one keyholder to another, this can now be done directly through the platform without contacting support.

New Self-Service Process:

The current keyholder can resign from their role through the lock settings page
When a keyholder resigns, the lock automatically continues as a self-lock (the wearer maintains their session)
The wearer is notified of the resignation
The wearer can then select a new keyholder using the "Offer your session" option
